
The Lurie Nanofabrication Facility (LNF) at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor will be hosting the 2024 Michigan Semiconductor Hands-On Workshop (M-SHOW) on August 22, 2024. This workshop is organized in conjunction with Wayne State University as part of the NSF-sponsored MSN-Force network’s efforts to provide workforce training and raise awareness of semiconductor processing technologies.
Workshop attendees will:
- Learn about the semiconductor processing and research being done in the LNF
- Get hands-on experience in the LNF with lithography, metrology, and packaging tools
- Tour inside the cleanroom and its infrastructure

- Selected applicants will be emailed a registration link and have 9 calendar days to accept their invitation and complete the registration form
- A $50 fee will be required when you register to reserve your space and will be refunded after participating in the workshop
